Bloody hell, I've only just been given a digital radio and found out about Planet Rock. Now some toffy nosed moneybags decides that he doesn't need it. It's the only station that stops me throwning the **** thing out of the kitchen window!

GCAP - hang your heads in shame! If this were a London-centric station playing the usual moronic stuff by musical celebrities who can't sing, can't play an instrument, can't write their own stuff, but can nevertheless pose for England, closure wouldn't even be on the agenda. This station fulfils a real need for quality international rock music in the UK (and worldwide on the web), which is sorely needed when genuine talent is so rare. I hope that a buyer is found - and a buyer who is a rock hound or rock chick too - because the sooner the station is run BY rockers, FOR rockers, the better off we'll all be. Keep rocking y'all and, in the words of the song, Keep The Faith. Huey S.

Been a listener since my first DAB and can`t believe such a quality station is endangered. There are too few stations which cater for fans of this kind of music. Fight the good fight ...sign now!

I've been listening to planet rock for years! It's just really **** news, I can not believe that GCap media would remove this channel! How about more advertisements for example, the amount played has dropped no end recently, this is a good source of income. To be honest - I'd be more then happy to pay a fiver a month for planet rock, certainly beats wasting it on my XBox Live subscription. GCap - get your ACT together, Planet Rock is the only Radio Station that not only plays music that ROCKS, the DJ's know their stuff. Hmmm reading the comments - Baz you rock mate, I should just say - read Baz's comments after mine!! - Neil - who also eats, sleeps and breathes rock!

Planet Rock is the only radio station I listen to. Its the whole reason why I bought a DAB radio. If Planet Rock closes I see a deluge of DAB radios appearing on Ebay. What will I do without my weekly listen to Ricks Place. :(

My 3 month old daughter only stops crying when she is feeding or rocking to Planet Rosk. Her disappointment will be on the conscience of GCap

The music industry needs stations like Planet Rock. If it is aloud to close down, it will only be the start. Choice of music will only be down to the broadcaster and not the listener! Long live rock n roll Long live Planet Rock. Gavrox
