Found out about this at a Fish gig in Dublin earlier this week. I tend to listen to Planet Rock a lot thanks to digital radio over here and it's about the only decent station out of the choice. To close this station would be a travesty and a tragedy.

Come on multi millionaire rock stars save our station. It's been Planet Rocks efforts that have introduced a new generation of fans to your music and kept the royalties rolling in. Get your hands in your bloody pockets and keep PR on air!! Tim Notts

Top station that our household regularly tune in to. No other station plays the choice of great rock music old and new, so keep it alive you pencil pushing money grabbers at GCAP.

Don't let Planet Rock slip away. We have to keep Classic Rock alive. All that great talent and music keep it shinning. To all the staff, don't give up hope.
